Most spiritual practices out there are light-based. They have you surrender, let go, merge with the All.
This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. But it is imbalanced.
For years I studied various light-based systems. They’d perhaps pay some lip service to manifestation, but the deeper I got into the method, the more they preached the message of desirelessness, non-attachment, etc.
On the surface they seemed to say you could have your desires, but really they believed it was better to give up your desires altogether.
Once I discovered the law of attraction, I couldn’t understand the insistence by such methods on letting go of desire.
Even in the law of attraction itself, many people try to make it light-based. I’ve heard someone say before, “The Universe won’t give you what you want unless it’s for a selfless cause.” Well, I couldn’t help laughing at that, because I’ve manifested tons of things for absolutely selfish reasons.
For a while I studied dark-based methods. These were far more effective, but also suffered from the same imbalance, just in the opposite direction. I felt overly forceful, stressed, and frankly a bit empty. I felt disconnected from the core of peace and stillness I had come to know.
Then earlier this year it struck me: the answer is both: a balance of light and dark.
Light is needed to root yourself in the stillness at your core, and to give meaning and purpose to life.
But darkness is necessary to create change— to say “I want something more,” and then go out and get it, no matter how selfish the reason might be.
Either path without the other is incomplete and imbalanced. But together, they are the key to limitless success, happiness, and peace.
To become the God of your reality, you can neither exclusively walk the path of light, nor the path of darkness.
You must walk both.
If you merely wish to be a mystic, giving up all sense of self— of preference, desire, or individual choice— then the path of light is for you. A mystic only wants to find spiritual enlightenment and unite himself with the All.
If you wish to become a voracious materialist, your hunger for more never satisfied no matter how much you achieve, then you may travel the path of darkness.
But if you wish to be a magician, a God of your reality— having happiness, peace, and fulfillment, but also having all the success you could desire, without that desire eating you up or leaving you empty— then you must walk both the paths of light and dark.
In this month’s Circle of Darkness, I will reveal to you how you can walk both of these paths in balance, so that you may master both and free yourself of slavery to any external force.
But you only have until midnight EDT tonight to sign up.
