Daily LOA Tip: Why Life Is Perfect

I find that a lot of people believe either that life is suffering, or try to ignore those parts of life that are unpleasant.

But actually life is set up rather beautifully, and I’ll tell you why:

There are one of two options at any given moment:

The first is that we are already experiencing something wonderful in life. Think of the areas of life that you are already quite happy with.

But in those areas where this isn’t true, it’s still perfect, because all those unpleasant experiences, and our thoughts and feelings about them, are little gifts from the Universe giving us the opportunity to let go and have more wonderful experiences in the future.

Some people interpret negative experiences as bad karma, or simply that the Universe is unfair. But that’s not so at all. It’s just that we often squander these opportunities we get.

So let’s say you aren’t happy with your bank balance. It brings up insecurity and fear in you.

That is a gift. Because, if you dig down deep into that insecurity and fear, and choose to let it go, that bank balance has done its job. It has caused you to become more of who you are, by letting go of what you’re not.

And because it has done that, it will change, I guarantee that.

We often have the attitude of trying to change life’s events because we don’t like what we have right now. But it’s exactly because we don’t like what we have right now that we have whatever it is we have. Once we release that and fully accept what is, without reservation, then those events are no longer held in place, and will change overnight.

So, at the risk of sounding quite corny, it’s rather true that every moment is a gift. Either you are experiencing something wonderful, or an opportunity has arisen to let go and therefore to allow for more wonderful things in the future.

You are never condemned to a life of suffering. Life can be amazing, but only when you stop believing in it so much, and needing it to be this way or that for you to be happy.
