Are you afraid of your own thoughts? When you have unpleasant thoughts or feelings that come up, do you try to push them down, or simply ignore them?
This is unfortunately common with those using the law of attraction, because they think that these negative thoughts and feelings must be avoided, or else they will get negative manifestations.
However, this is far from the truth.
If you do not master your own mind, how can you possibly master outer reality?
The truth is, your goal lies on the other side of your negative thoughts and feelings. If you don’t deal with them, the goal is not likely to come. And even if it does, you won’t be any happier as a result.
You must realize that you are completely safe within your own mind. You cannot allow your thoughts and feelings to scare you.
You must also realize, however, that spiritual growth requires boldly facing every corner of your mind, no matter what arises, and letting it go to make more room for peace and happiness.
As spiritual seekers, we must be aware of our thoughts, and constantly releasing those that do not serve us, while also deliberately focusing on those that do.
