Well, I actually had a totally different post planned for today. But, with the recent events as they are, I wanted to make some remarks. The post initially scheduled for today will be posted Saturday instead.
I’ve kept this blog very non-political, only really expressing my opinions if someone asked. And, I’m not interested in making this post about my opinion, either.
However, this has been possibly one of the most divisive, controversial elections in recent history. I felt I’d be somewhat remiss to not at least say a few words. ๐
I apologize to my email subscribers, because this post, at least the first part of it, will be similar to the message I sent out yesterday. I wasn’t sure initially if I wanted to create an actual blog post about this subject, but decided to in the end.
However, read to the end, as there are some additional points of discussion you may find interesting. ๐
Don’t Forget: You’re Still a Creator
It’s somewhat sad how much I see people giving away their power. Either they believe a certain candidate has all the answers and will solve all their problems, or the opposing candidate will be the worst and create more problems for them.
But, remember, you are still a creator. You are the sole creator of your life, unless you give that power to someone else. But, really, why would you?
We come from a world that believes that we can be victimized, oppressed, and our rights taken away. But, that can never happen if we retain our power of creation. Unless, of course, you want to be oppressed. ๐ฎ
Of course we’re not perfect at it. But the point is, the power lies with you.
As I’ve said countless times before, if you don’t like what you see in your life, change it. At least, set a goal and work towards changing it.
Is the election important? Of course it is! I was very passionate about this election in particular, and made my opinion known. I believe every citizen should vote, because it is the only way we can make our voices truly heard.
But, it doesn’t mean that anyone can influence your life that you don’t allow to do so.
So, whether you’re happy with the result or not, remember that you are still 100% responsible for the events that transpire in your life.
The President Is a Manifestation of the Country
Just as every person has their manifestations, so groups as a whole have their collective manifestations.
And, as such, each president is a manifestation of the country, and the vibration active at the time.
Again, no matter whether you think it’s a good or bad thing that Trump won, the truth is that he’s the best match to the country’s vibration as it is at this moment. Nothing else is possible. If he weren’t, he couldn’t have been elected.
Even if he isn’t your individual manifestation, meaning he isn’t a match to you and your values, he still is a match to the collective vibration, and that has to be respected. It couldn’t be otherwise.
But if that feels bad to you, then it’s a great opportunity to look at yourself, which is what life is always inviting us to do. Ask yourself what within you is being reflected by this external turmoil?
And so, in that way, he really is a match to your vibration, because he will be triggering the things that you need to look at within yourself.
If he is a more positive match to you, then that is great, too. The point is that no matter what you’re seeing in the Whitehouse, and the country as a whole, it’s all reflecting whatever is going on within you, to the extent that it triggers an emotional response.
I saw a lot of people on Facebook today who are afraid. Many of them are minorities, such as gay, transgendered, and so forth.
So what is this situation reflecting about them? It’s showing the insecurity that they still hold about their situation. They see society as becoming less and less accepting of them. Is it? I cannot tell, because I am not living in their shoes.
But, I know that they are creators. I know that I have some friends in similar situations, but who are perfectly secure in their choices and orientation.
And I know that this will be a great opportunity to bring some of those insecurities up to the surface.
The Collective Vibration Is Always Rising
The great thing is that our vibration is always rising. We are always evolving. Even when it seems like things are bad, it is just resistance coming up to the surface, so that it can be released and we can move on to something even greater.
For instance, acceptance of homosexuality has been a big struggle for this country for quite a while. And yet, just within the last year, we saw gay marriage be legalized. Yes, there were, and still are, difficulties, but the collective vibration rose to a level that this was possible.
The same is true for every major movement throughout history: civil rights, women’s suffrage, etc. There was a period marked by intense struggle, followed by a major breakthrough and rise in vibration.
We can never go backwards. We are never at risk of de-evolving. There may be temporary discomfort, but in the end, we wind up better off than before.
As a rule, the world never likes change. Unfortunately, change often comes only after a lot of suffering. It doesn’t have to be that way, but it often is.
I see this time as a time of transition. Transition to what, I’m not entirely sure yet. But, I maintain that this is the most important time in the history of this country, and likely the world as well.
We’re at the intersection between the old and the new. Many old, antiquated values are being discarded, though they often put up a good fight. ๐ New values are being introduced.
At any such transitional time, there is upheaval. There is fear, because people fear what is new and unfamiliar.
But, it is only temporary. We will settle into the new, eventually.
We’ve been working at that for decades now, but this is the critical point, in my opinion.
We will just have to see how Trump deals with these new energies. I’m sure it won’t be easy, nor would it be for any president.
A Prediction of the Future
I was curious what the Tarot might have to say about the next four years with Trump as president. So, I decided to draw three cards and do a quick reading on it.
Now, before proceeding, I will say that I voted for Clinton. Actually I was a Sanders supporter in the primaries, but after Clinton became the democratic nominee, I supported her.
It’s incredibly easy to let your bias influence the cards. However, I’ve also been reading for a very long time, and have experience with giving neutral, unbiased readings.
But I wanted to make my bias known before posting the reading, just so it’s out there.
But I spent a moment or two in meditation, clearing my mind of any preconceived judgments, and drew these cards:
Cards
Interpretation
I was actually shocked by this reading.
Firstly, we have all very friendly cards. Not only are the meanings of these cards themselves very beneficent, but they also work together very well.
The central card is always the principal. Here it is Eight of Disks, which is entitled Prudence.
Prudence is all about taking it slowly. Slow and steady wins the race, and all that. We don’t take excessive risks.
This tells me that there will certainly be beneficial changes made, but they will not necessarily come all at once.
It reminds me a lot of the law of attraction, honestly. The best course is to set your intention, and wait for the result. Ans so with Prudence, the work is done, and then we await the fruit of our labor.
Now modifying this card is Three of Cups, which is entitled Abundance. This is not only pointing to material abundance, but also emotional abundance, or the emotional enjoyment of that physical wealth.
This says to me that because of the prudent actions discussed above, the economy will most definitely improve, and overall morale will rise.
The third card is the Ace of Disks. The ace of every suit is just the seed of that idea. The disks suit of Tarot has primarily to do with material gain, or other physical issues.
The Ace of Disks here says to me that this will be the beginning of a new, much more prosperous time, in agreement with Three of Cups above. Because it is the ace, and not quite developed into the suit yet, these changes probably won’t be all visible within Trump’s term. However, we will see the beginnings of those changes, and they will grow to be much more in time.
So in summary, due to prudent management, the economy will improve in definitive ways, and we will take a new, more beneficial direction in the long-run.

10 Reasons You Aren't Getting Results with the Law of Attraction
Download this free ebook to find out why the law of attraction isn't working for you.
I’m very grateful for my understanding of the Law of Attraction, and how everything works, because I never get worried anymore about who’s ruling my country or any other country (like the US). I personally don’t vote, because I don’t feel drawn to it, and I don’t follow what’s going on in politics. I trust what you wrote in here, that the collective vibration is rising, and that we’re doing well. Most people in my country (my parents included) are so disappointed with the government, and usually they vote for person A, in a desperate attempt to prevent person B to come to rule. It’s a great focus on avoiding the worse, instead of actually believing in one side and voting with the expectation for things getting better. It’s also sad how many people vote for someone just because that’s how it’s always been done in their family, town, or whatever.
However, I’m not really focusing on all that, instead I am focusing on the belief that everything IS getting better, even if it’s not apparent yet. I love the feeling of safety, that no matter what, no-one can create in my reality unless I allow them, and that gives me the confidence to be myself. I’ve also noticed that when someone snaps at me for no reason, I instantly become mindful and filled with peace. I do get affected if I believe that their snapping at me is valid, and that I did something wrong, but I think this is getting better, too.
Hi Z,
Great comment. It sounds like you’ve really claimed your own power, which is wonderful!
I agree that people focus so much on the unwanted. Especially in this last election cycle, there was so much focus on what people didn’t want. Each candidate said the other was horrible and would basically destroy the country. It’s really unfortunate, and I wish we could stay away from that kind of campaigning, but it is what gets attention. Fear motivates a whole lot better than inspiration, to the common denominator.
There’s something I don’t understand about the Left in general. It’s supposed to be more inclusive and egalitarian, and it hard-sells that aspect, especially to young women. But it’s just as judgmental, elite and exclusive as the Right. No one seems to notice this.
CJ,
I’m interested in what you have to say. Can you clarify what you mean?
With Trump, I know he is egotistical. With Hillary, she just seems to hide it very well.
I’d agree with that. ๐
I’ve had a good rant on Melody’s blog. I figured out what’s wrong with the world! Haha. ๐
I saw that. ๐
I don’t think anything’s wrong with the world, though. After all, it could only reflect whatever we consider “wrong” in us. ๐

I knew you’d vote for Clinton, Brandon, as the entire state did. I also agree with what CJ says above. My guides tell me the same thing about the new Presidency.
I also wanted to add that Trump himself is a great case study for the LOA. I’ve mentioned to others that this idea to run could have very well been a bet with another crony in the sauna and he thought is would be fun. He has fun the entire time, so this to me is the most important thing. I do not focus on all the insults that everyone else focused so much on, but the core of what he is doing and carrying out.
Thanks, Kat. I was honestly surprised about the reading, but it seems to be accurate to me. I’m glad your guides confirm that.
Yeah, he was definitely having fun. Clinton likely took it way too seriously, and that will never work. It’s a very interesting case study, I agree.
Good to see you in the comments, BTW. I hope things are well. ๐
Cards are no surprise to me Brandon. I look at this election result as a best example of how universe arrange things and bring it together. How different things seem irrelevant but in the end they all have something to do with other.
I think Mr Trump is the manifestation of so many things together. Things like out of control and courrupt government , Clinton’s lies and greediness, Trying to get things by short cut , people’s frustration and anger with politically correct politicians not doing anything for them but just working for personal gains, border safety , biased media and so on.
This is a revolution because people took control over election and decided whom they want to be their next president besides Mrs Clinton had all the favorable things on her side. Unfortunately she had a great chance this time but she blew it away. When government thinks they are the gods then I think real God sends somebody like Mr trump to take care of it ;). Democraticats took so many things granted and underestimated so many things.
But you are right our life is in our control. No matter who is President our life can still go the way we want. Thank you the great post.
Hi Rhea,
Thanks so much for your comment. I agree the democrats took a lot for granted, and way underestimated Trump. He was underestimated during his entire campaign. During the primaries, no one thought he would be the one to win—but he did. No one thought he would even come close to beating Clinton—but he did.
You are right it was a revolution. I’m interested to see how it plays out. ๐

But try to remember that Obama got us out of the recession, was an honest, brilliant man who tried so hard for positive change and was completely cut down by a racist dysfunctional Congress who thwarted his every move.
I think that political climate provided the seeds for all of this and now they have sprouted. I do agree about Trump being a match for the collective consciousness. But again, look to 8 years of great things that could have been achieved to help us all but he couldn’t do it without help. There was no connection. He & Congress were a terrible match & a perfect one spiritually. It will be interesting to see what Trump is going to do.
The cards say prudence Move slowly. Does anyone believe Trump knows the definition of prudence? Those cards were amazing. I’m just trying to stay calm & watch what happens – or doesn’t
Thanks, Frann. I get your concern, but again, we are creators. It doesn’t have to influence us unless we want it to. Anger will not help.
I was surprised by the reading as well, but they have always been accurate for me, so we will see what comes of it. ๐
Brandon,
First I must say that I appreciate and so very much respect that you put your personal bias out there and were completely honest with us. Secondly, I want you to know that this post made me cry. You and I haven’t always seen eye to eye on things, but generally we have always respected each other even if we bantered a bit. Tonight I was on the account I used for work purposes and I was so stunned and hurt by what I was taking in. It is especially hard, when I see people who are providers of my community, pillars of hope, tearing others down. Knowing that clients are in observance of this. It hurt me, because I tried very hard not to do the same so that others would not feel closed from me, even if I wasn’t the most successful in a post or two. I still wanted to share my thoughts. I tried very hard to see things from two sides, because, when it comes down to it, the candidates are, two unique people with good points and not so good.
This post was one of the most heart-felt, honest, point of view that was put out there without the extra spike or jab on the way by as I read it. I want to thank you so much, for making me feel at peace tonight after feeling so troubled. I do feel bad for those who are struggling. To be honest, although I voted for Trump, I still struggled. I am hopeful that he has learned some lessons, I see that he is doing some growing, even if it is small measures, to comfort those who are afraid of things to come. Sometimes the hardest lessons, and the things that we need the most, like band-aids on a wound that needs air, hurt at first. I will remain in prayer for all of us. Thank you!!!
Wow, Jen, thank you so much for your comment. That does mean a lot to me. ๐
I also hate to see the tearing down that’s going on on both sides. I understand that certain segments of society are fearful, though I think Trump’s recent actions should allay that fear a bit. However, I’ve seen people who say they will remove all friends who voted for Trump, for example, and I just think that’s over the line. I know many good people, including yourself, who voted for Trump, who are in no way the stereotypical portrayal of a Trump supporter, e.g., bigoted and racist. Those people exist, of course and unfortunately, but most people are good and kind individuals who just want change for this country, and I cannot fault them for that.
Thanks again for your heartfelt comment. ๐
You’re welcome!

I wanna quote something from Wikipedia:
I find this pretty impressive. That, coupled with the fact that he’s managed to gain such astonishing wealth by his confidence and persistence is very inspiring. A great example of how greatly Law of Attraction can work.
Considering the results you got from tarot, I am interested in seeing how the whole thing goes with him ruling the country. I think that after a sea of “regular” presidents, Trump is an interesting change.
Hi Z,
Yes, that is very interesting. And I am also interested to see how it all plays out. I’ve been hearing other psychics predict basically the same as my reading above, so there is definitely validation for it.
