Hello everyone! My name is Brandon Olivares from Co-Creation Coaching. Today I am discussing a topic that is a little more technical, a little more advanced, but I think it’s about time to do a topic that’s a bit deeper, since I’ve been discussing this for a while.
Today it is about the energetic dynamics of manifestation. Because what a manifestation is is the crystallization of energy. Because the more that energy manifests—the more that it crystalizes—it becomes more physical; and what I mean by that is it becomes more into the form of objects, of experiences, of interactions with people, and so forth. It becomes something you can interact with.
But it starts out very subtle. It starts out very spiritual in nature. When I say spiritual, I don’t mean concerning spirituality—it could be about money, or it could be about whatever topic you want it to be—but it starts out in a spiritual plain so to speak, on a spiritual level. so it’s very subtle. And your job as a creator, as a manifester, is to focus on the energy you want until it manifests, until it crystalizes into your reality. I’ll be discussing how to do that. I’m going to talk a little bit about the nature of energy first when it comes to manifestation, and then I’ll apply that to a certain technique that I’ve been using myself, and I highly recommend for manifesting.
This is something I can’t go into a huge amount of detail about today because it’s so involved, but I’m talking about it during my webinar this Saturday, which I’ll give a link to in the description. So if you want to find out more about how this works, you can click that link and register for the webinar.
How does energy work when it comes to manifestation? Energy is meant to be flowing through you at all times—and it is flowing through you at all times. The only thing that stops it, that hinders it, is the resistance that you hold. And you can tell when you have resistance on a certain topic by when you think about that topic, paying attention to how you feel. Your emotions are your indicator of how free-flowing your energy is.
If it’s very free-flowing, if everything is wide open, you feel very good. Just your natural state is just a state of peace and joy and happiness. And that’s what you feel when you’re free-flowing. When your energy is stuck a bit, then you feel negativity. And everyone feels that a little differently: I usually feel it in my stomach, Christine usually feels it in her legs. It just depends for everyone. But you’ll feel negativity; you’ll feel negative emotion: fear, anxiety, anger, frustration, impatience, whatever it is. It might be subtle, and it might be very strong, it just depends on how big the resistance is. But it means that that energy’s getting stuck somewhere. So your emotions are very useful tools for telling you where things are not going as they should.
When you want to manifest something, you want to basically put focus to that energy—you want to give it focus. Because energy responds to focus. The more focus you give to energy, the more that it manifests in your reality. So if you give focus to a vibration of freedom, of abundance, of security, it manifests in a way that feels like that to you. So it might be money, for example, is usually the most common manifestation of that. But, the more you focus on energy, the more it manifests into your life.
Obviously most people—probably all people—have some manifestations in their lives that aren’t so favorable. So how do you exclude a manifestation? How do you remove focus from it? You can’t exclude a manifestation, per se, because the act of trying to push it away out of your life actually gives it more focus, because you’re thinking about it, you’re giving it energy as you’re trying to push it away.
And so that’s why when you, let’s say, pay attention to how little money you have, or how alone you are, you get more of that because that’s what you’re focusing on. You’re focusing on the lack of what you want. And this is something I’ve talked a lot about before. But the way to remove a manifestation is to focus on something else that feels better. So to use your emotional guidance to focus on something else that feels better.
Focus is your instrument, your tool, for deciding what is going to manifest in your reality. What is it you focus on? Most people will focus on whatever’s in front of them. So if in front of them they see a bank balance that is not to their liking, then they’ll focus on that, and they’ll feel a bit badly about that, and they’ll get more of it. If they happen to see in front of them a bank balance that is sufficient, or more than sufficient, then they feel good about that, and they get more of that. But that’s not creation. That’s just going by whatever’s already there, and you get more of it. But it’s not really what we’re here for: we’re here to create. You have to decide to focus on what you want. And this is nothing new, like I said.
What is new is this idea of how to use this to decide what energy, what vibration, you want to manifest. Because there are a lot of methods out there that, to me, are very slow-going. It might take a while to shift your vibration. But I have a technique that I’ve been working on that sort of bypasses all of that, because it uses an understanding of how the energy works to manifest something very quickly.
There are basically two steps to it, and I’ll tell you what it is, and then I’ll explain it as much as I can in the limitation that I have here, without going too long here.
Step 1 is to use mindfulness. I believe I’ve talked about mindfulness a little bit before. Mindfulness is basically having a detached awareness of your thoughts and of your feelings within you, as they come by. So if you feel, right at this moment, anxiety, if you feel fear, if you feel frustration, if you feel any emotion whatsoever, you simply are mindful of it. Being mindful of it, observing it in a detached manner, you find that it dissolves very easily, it disperses extremely easily. Because you’re not giving focus to it, basically. You’re not adding more focus to that thing. You’re not clinging onto it, you’re not pushing it away. You’re not trying to remove it, and you’re not trying to keep it. You’re just allowing it to be there, and observing it.
What’s important here is to not be sucked into it, because our emotions a lot of times can be like a vortex, which just suck you right in. And when it does that, then you’re adding a lot of energy to it.
so you want to observe it in a detached manner, which means you don’t get involved in it. It’s just like watching it from an impartial perspective, not believing in what the emotion or what the thought is saying.
So if the thought is saying, “How am I going to get through this month?” You’re sitting there and just observing it, and saying, “Okay, there’s a thought that says ‘How am I going to get through this month?’” You don’t get caught up in it. You don’t run off with it and say, “Oh my gosh, how will I get through this month?” You just acknowledge that it’s there, you let it be there, you don’t push it, and you don’t cling onto it. You don’t run away with it. You just let it be there.
It sort of starves in a way. Because a thought needs focus to thrive, to grow—that’s how the law of attraction works. And when you’re just observing it, not giving it focus, it has to disappear; it has to dissolve.
So that’s the first step. You apply mindfulness, as long as it takes, to return to a very peaceful state. I call this the Void State. The Void State. Because there’s really nothing there. You can’t say there’s positive emotion, and you can’t say there’s negative emotion. It’s just pure zero. Absolute zero, which is very good. It’s who you really are; it’s where you merge fully with Universal Source, with your Inner Being, or whatever you want to call it. You merge fully and completely with that part of yourself that’s expanded. And that’s when you know you’re there, because you feel that Void State. It’s a state of deep peace, where you don’t feel any of that negativity.
You know when you get there, trust me. I kind of describe it as, there’s a verse in the Bible where Jesus talks about the water of life. It’s in John 4. This woman asks for water, and he says, “If you knew who I was, you would ask for water, and I would give you the water of life, and you would never thirst.”
It really feels like that. It feels like being nourished from the roots of your soul. So it’s a very powerful feeling. It’s not just mere contentment. It’s not just mere neutrality. It’s a deep, abiding peace, and you know when you’re there.
That is where you end up when you apply mindfulness. And it’s not something to be rushed. I would do this only insofar as it feels good to do, that you’re not forcing it. I would not force it. But you will get there in a matter of days at the very most, if you’re really doing this properly. So don’t force this.
So that’s step #1, is to apply mindfulness until all the momentum of that negative energy is removed. And once you’re in this state, it takes a very little push, very small, to activate the direction you want to go towards.
Let’s say you want abundance, let’s say you want money. You ask yourself, “Why do I want money? Well I want to feel free. I want to feel abundant.” And so, very very lightly, you just invite the feeling of abundance, you invite the feeling of freedom. And you allow it to come. You don’t tie it to a certain situation unless that comes easily. Because it’s just very general. You invite it to come. And it starts very slowly. This is not something that can be forced or pushed, because the more you force it, then it turns into negative momentum again. If you feel the need to force it, then you just need to return back to that Void State, because you’re not quite there if you feel the need to be somewhere else.
Basically you allow yourself to go there, and allow yourself to invite that emotion. The more you focus on that emotions very lightly, and I would do this 15 minutes a day, once or twice a day, and not push it. But as you do this, it grows, and it fills in. You might think about how nice it would be to have that extra money, or maybe you want to buy a house and you start fantasizing about that house. But you do this not deliberately, but it fills in by itself, and you think of ways you might enjoy this, or you might remember memories about when this happened in the past. All sorts of things might happen. But you don’t force that to come. You just let that momentum take care of itself.
As you do that, you’re basically focusing on the vibration that you want, and there’s no resistance to it, so it comes really quickly. When there’s no resistance, there’s nothing keeping the energy from flowing through very quickly and manifesting in your reality, as long as you are persistent about your focus. That’s the important thing.
That’s step 2, is just focusing on that emotion as much as feels comfortable, while not forcing it. And it will grow, and it will become bigger, and you can just ride that wave until it manifests. But at this point, you’ll be feeling so good—obviously you want it, but it’s a secondary concern at this point. so that’s how it works. But you allow yourself to accept that vibration, accept that energy freely, without resistance.
If and when resistance arises, you simply apply mindfulness again. You don’t force it into place, force it to go away, because again that’s just focusing on the problem. Let’s say you’re going throughout your day, and you worry about something. All you do is you apply mindfulness again, and return back to Void. And then that will really rob that negative manifestation of any energy. It will disappear very quickly. Once or twice a day, I would focus on what you do want, in a way that feels good to you, and let it grow.
So that’s how this energy works. Like I said energy dynamics is just focusing on where you want to go, and focusing very lightly. You don’t have to be real specific about this, because being specific about it before you’re ready to is going to introduce resistance that you have to overcome again. So you just want to go by how you feel.
So I think that is as much as I can do today, but again this is a very involved topic. I will be talking about it more during this weekend’s webinar. It’s this Saturday at 8PM Eastern Time. So the link is in my description of the video to register. If that doesn’t work for you and you are still interested, still register because all registrants will receive the link to replay the webinar after the fact. So you can still get access to it, if you can’t come to that time.

10 Reasons You Aren't Getting Results with the Law of Attraction

Oh, wow, this was great! This must be how people manifest things when seemingly impossible to the rest. This must be the basis of miracles, huh? This is how exes come back, from riding the wave of the good times spent together. That energy is still there, created and “imprinted” in the Universe, so it is no wonder they return! That is why I say loves are not lost. If you have loved each other once, that creates something in the Universe and adds to its expansion and you can turn to it. A mystique once spoke about all the “stuff” that is “imprinted” in the Himalayas from the meditations done there. By stuff I mean “information”, so to speak, for lack of a more appropriate term in this case, but I know you get the gist. Also, this is how a sage of ancient Egyptian practices spoke about creation as well.
Focusing on the void is how I “ease out” of an anxiety attack. For some reason, speeding on the highway is not my thing and I close my eyes and focus on the void while my husband keeps driving. Thank goodness I let go and the void takes over, easing the attack. It happened the other day, whew!
Yes, please speak more about these topics. This is really the crux of it all. just that feeling of peace that you describe. That is what gets you the dates, the job, the school, the career, no matter what others have to say about it. The Universe co-creates with you! Knowing this, we should not get pissed or upset when someone tells us something, right?
